Range of products:
We produce more than one hundred items such as “Lid Retractor”, “I&A Double Cannola”, ”Hooks”, “Refractive and Retinal instruments” and many others in accordance with the international standards. Our Ministry of Health and the General Department for Medical Equipment of Iran have approved the quality of our products based on their latest experiments and had agreed that our products can easily compete with the celebrated international counterparts.
Certificates:
Bina Saz Abzar Co. could be succeeded to achieve following certificates since establishment:
- March 2009, “ISO 13485-2007” with main purpose of improving the quality of products.
- November 2009, “Medical Device Production” certificate from General Department for Medical Equipment of Iran.
- August 2010, “CE Certificate” enabling us to start for higher rankings.
- Since establishment, “Satisfaction Reports of our valuable Clients” have been announced to us since the distribution of our first product. These reports have received from our clients in all provinces of Iran, our neighboring countries and some European ones.
Quality Assurance:
To make sure that we will constantly have a high quality products being able to compete with the European and American producers and presenting the better prices we have employed our Quality Assurance Management System to help us in our management and production process to reach our targeted qualities as under:
Our detailed designing and drawings of each of our products are checking by our expert engineers to finalize them for production line.
Our workshop drawing are examining by our field engineers and experts to arrange the best methods of production.
Our supply system; Material Management, Procurement Management, HSE Management are persuaded to follow the ISO standards and procedures in their activities and are controlled by our Quality Management System.
The raw materials which are procured from the highest quality materials are checked by our Quality Control team based on their identifications and labeled for further references in future if required during the production processes.
Our quality control check points in different stages of production line are measuring semi products to check if they are complying with the requirements of drawings and have defined tolerances.
Our final assembled product is checked by our Quality Control team and calibrated if required and receives the approval stamp to be released for packing and dispatching to our clients.
Our methods of production:
Our products are totally man-made items benefiting the powerful microscopes. The machineries and instruments employed in our production lines are to ease the process of productions by our technicians.
It is worth to mention that beside the skillful personnel in each production line our top management are also capable to participate in any part of the process and mostly they are teaching their experiences to our new employed technicians.
The satisfaction of the patients after their surgeries and the interest of most of our ophthalmologists to apply our products in their operations and their trusts on our quality which is very important for eye surgeries make us more confident that we are in the right place and encourage us to work harder, better and more to improve our production lines and products to present the best satisfactory products and services.
